If you have ever wondered what happens when a peloton of fast racing bicycles gets untidy you can now ask our Presidente Wadi Nadzri who fractured his collar bone and shoulder blade four weeks ago in such circumstances.

We wish Wadi the best for his quick recovery. Let this be a warning as to the dangers of fitness and exercise. Fear not however, the schedule of great events for the second half of 2010 remains on track.

This issue of the QYL newsletter covers a handful of great events from the last few months, including a record-breaking War of the Wits trivia night at the Irish Club.

Mark your diaries now for Wine Tasting and the Golden Gavel comedy night coming up in the next two months. With this cold weather I wonder if it is too late to switch “Wine Tasting” to “Whisky Tasting”…
In this newsletter we also have two technical articles generously supplied by Norton Rose. Now you can record your time reading this newsletter as “Continuing Legal Education”.
