Membership Information

Membership of Queensland Young Lawyers Inc is open to any of the following categories:

	a legal practitioner or barrister of good standing admitted in Queensland and under the age of 36 years; or
	a legal practitioner or barrister of good standing admitted in Queensland of any age with post-admission practice not exceeding 5 years; or
	an articled law clerk; or
	a person who has graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree not more than 5 years previous; or
	a student studying law at any Australian University.

Membership costs $50 per calendar year to join (and only $25 for Full-Time Law Students!). Included with membership, you get access to:

	War of the Wits - see Barristers take on the Solicitors;
	The Golden Gavel - see Lawyers attempting to be funny;
	The Junior Bar / QYL / QPILCH joint functions - meet up with other practitioners;

	Social Networking functions;
	Joint sporting functions with the Queensland Junior Chamber of Commerce.
